His parents provided a loving, disciplined, and devoted environment that helped him develop into a well-rounded individual. The ethical fabric woven around his upbringing has resulted in numerous expressions of gratitude from various parts of the world.
At a young age, Rajendran Aanaimuthu displayed graciousness and respect towards his parents. He spent much of his time working on the family farmland, helping with planting vegetables and commercial crops. Rajendran developed an interest in the agricultural sector and wondered why most farmlands presented significant challenges to farmers. He was curious about the insufficient water supply for irrigation despite the availability of trenches specifically designed for that purpose.
Rajendran Aanaimuthu interacted with adults seeking answers to his questions. His parents encouraged his inquisitive nature and allowed him ample time to play. Despite his youthful impetuosity, Rajendran managed to hold steadfast to his principles, which helped him become diligent in all his endeavors.
Rajendran Aanaimuthu completed his undergraduate studies in Science at Bharathidasan University in Trichy, India, and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry in 1986. He then pursued his postgraduate studies at the University of Madras in Chennai, India, and successfully attained a Master's degree in Chemistry in 1990. In 1998, he was conferred with an AIC certificate for Chemistry by The Institute of Chemists in Kolkatta, India. Later, in 2001, he received his Doctorate degree in Chemistry from Anna University in Chennai, India.
In 2004, Dr Rajendran Aanaimuthu received two academic honors, Chartered Chemist (C.C) and Fellow of the Institute of Chemists, from the Institute of Chemists in Kolkatta, India. Throughout his academic journey, he has been captivated by the subject of Chemistry and has focused on sustainable solutions for crop cultivation. He developed a concept of crop cultivation that uses a minimal water dripping system, which is particularly beneficial in drought-prone areas.
Dr Rajendran Aanaimuthu's work in organic crop cultivation has been his endeavor, and he strongly believes in the effectiveness of nutraceuticals over synthetic drugs due to the synergistic effects of plant nutrients and certain molecules.
As an expert in the field, I specialize in a range of activities related to herbal and alternative medicine. This includes identifying various herbs used in the Indian System of Medicine (ISM) and conducting phytochemical screening to characterize them. My work also involves optimizing product development formulas and process technologies, as well as providing scientific support through documentation, certifications, and literature research.
I have extensive experience in the extraction and isolation of phytochemicals and their analogs, as well as evaluating the safety and efficacy of phytoformulations and conducting clinical studies. In fact, I have developed new herbal drugs for prioritized diseases and prepared Drug Master Files for domestic and export markets.
My research and development activities have resulted in numerous achievements, including the isolation of n-Triacontanol from natural vegetable oil sources and the development of a novel processing (Cold Process) of Aloe Vera Gel Manufacturing Technology. Additionally, I have formulated more than 500 phytoformulations for various indications and developed eco-friendly bio-pesticides, plant growth promoters, micronutrients, nematicides, and fungicides from natural sources.
In the field of veterinary care, I have developed over 50 novel herbal-based products, including nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. My expertise and experience make me a valuable asset for any organization looking to develop safe and effective herbal products.
